    HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

    • All of our products go through handling before being shipped.
    • 99% of our orders leave the warehouse 1-7 days after the order has been placed.
    • You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number.

    Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the province or territory to which you are shipping your order. Typically, the sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to sales tax. 

    CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE?

    Unfortunately, no. All orders will be processed after 24 hours and are not alterable after that.

    CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

    Unfortunately, no. All orders that have left our warehouse are final and not alterable.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    For U.S. and Canada orders, delivery takes an average of 7-20 business days.

    WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

    We have warehouses in both the U.S. and Asia. Generally, the orders are shipped from our Asia-based warehouse due to convenient logistics.

    I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE…WHAT HAPPENED?

    Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, some products may get shipped separately. Not to worry, it is quite reasonable that you receive one product a few days before the other.

    WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    All purchased items may be returned or refunded, subject to the discretion and approval of the management, given the following conditions: 

    • Exclusions apply to promotional (free) items.
    • Return request(s) are accepted within 14 business days after delivery.
    • All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of their parts and tags.
    • Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, subject to the sole discretion of the management.
    • Cancellation of items/orders may be made before the completion of orders, but the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the shipment of the item(s).
    • The buyer will solely render the return fee.

    The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds, and each case is subject to the sole discretion of the company.

    The company will not be held liable for any errors in the shipping address provided by the customer, and a refund will only be given after the item has been returned to us.

    Any change of address is subject to the management's approval, and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly unalterable.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Once a refund has been approved, it takes up to 14 business days to process, depending on the system you used to pay for the purchase.
